It was ideal location for purpose of our stay, it was close enough to De Montfort Hall to walk if u want too but also close enough to get a cab for under £10 and definitely ideal if an away fan travelling for a game. Staff were all great, helpful and friendly, but special shout out to young lady at breakfast on Sunday running around on her own sorting us all out. And the young lady that checked us in on the Saturday and was working the bar in her Leicester shirt on the Sunday. She welcomed us when we arrived and made us feel comfortable with her professionalism, customer service and banter also recommended some great places for food and drink. Also the canal behind the hotel is a nice walk.

Easy to find next door to the football ground , parking on the grounds , a nice and easy steady 20 min walk to the centre where there is plenty of choice of eating places and shops .Plenty of historical buildings mixed along side the new so great for sight seeing . Nice walk on the canal which runs very close to the hotel . Staff brilliant , hot cooked breakfast excellent , great choice to chose from , Rooms not much different to the normal standard hotel room but clean and tidy and all the facilities that you need . Decent bar next to reception . Won’t really fancy stopping here though on match days unless you are a big football fan as I would think it would be very busy and noisy .

This will be our 3rd time at the hotel, staying for a leicester city game. FABULOUS location for this purpose. Staff are always super helpful, check in easy and hassle free. Got our requested room which was lovely and quiet with a stadium view. We didnt have breakfast this time, we just had coffee and juice but everything looked nice. We will always try to book again when we next come to a game. Highly recommended.

1. There is a luggage storage area where I left my bag for the whole day after checkout and came back for it in the evening before I left Leicester. Very very handy for tourists 2. The windows do open btw for good aeration. Not of much help now that the summer is behind us but it was helpful still for warmer days 3. My room had a beautiful sunrise view. The side facing the front of the stadium

Tatu

Stayed here on the 9/5 for one night and left early leaving some items in the bedroom when I checked out, but the staff there were brilliant and boxed up the items and had them ready with labels when my shipping courier arrived. I am eternally grateful as my son had saved up a lot of his pocket money for one of the items. Great hotel, great staff, will definitely visit again. Thank you!!!
